1. Elevator Cabin Final Finishing
Final cabin inspection after complete installation – checking operating panel, lighting, mirror and cleanliness before handover in Zagreb.
2. Counterweight Transport & Loading
Material handling stage – unloading counterweight plates and installation tools from service van at the Zagreb project site.
3. Government Facility, Saudi Arabia
Complete elevator installation with custom steel structure at a government facility in Saudi Arabia. Scope included car frame installation, door operator fitting and structure alignment before final handover.
4. ARD Emergency Power Setup
Main power comes here and goes to elevator control. When no current, ARD provides 5 minutes emergency rescue service. Work by Yamin Khan.
5. Landing Door Installation
Installing and aligning landing door inside the shaft from cabin side. Precise leveling and fitting work at Zagreb site.
6. Door Operator Setup
Setup how much door opens and opening speed configuration. Door operator adjustment and testing by Yamin Khan.
7. LOP Installation
LOP – Landing Operating Panel installation on landing floor. Wiring and fixing work on ladder at Zagreb project site by Yamin Khan.
8. Machine Room Wiring Trunk
Cutting and preparing cable trunk for machine room wiring. Cable management and power routing setup for elevator control panel.
9. Traction Motor Final Position
Final position of traction motor after successful installation in elevator machine room. Motor mounting and alignment completed before final testing.
